Is your system a "split system?" Or a "Package Unit?"

We will need pictures of both outdoor and indoor equipment from about 6 to 8 feet away.

After you have disconnected the power to your equipment, and have removed any doors or panels to gain access to components, take pictures of components as best as you can from about 2 to 3 feet away.

Next will be the close up of the components from about 10 to 14 inches away.

Avoid using flash on close-up pictures of components that are located in a well lit area (drop-light, outdoors, etc.)

We will let you know if we need a close-up of a particular component.
